Most projects are billed at an hourly rate, plus a percentage of earnings from items sold.

The hourly rate covers all time spent on your project—from the initial sort to the final sale. This can include:

• Sorting and organizing your space

• Photographing and listing items

• Pricing guidance and strategy

• Managing buyer questions and communication

• Coordinating pickup or shipping

• Packing and post office drop-offs (if needed)

• Travel time related to your project

Yard Sale Pricing

Yard Sale Price Specific - Flat Prep Sessions:

• 3-hour Yard Sale Prep: $195–$225

• 5-hour Yard Sale Prep: $325–$375

What’s included:

• Sorting items for sale

• Grouping + staging

• Basic pricing guidance

• Setup strategy (tables, flow, signage suggestions)
